# PolarJay

> PolarJay measures what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews say about a company and tells it what to change so they recommend it. It is a product of Polargate (POLARGATE S.L., Madrid).

- PolarJay is a product of Polargate (POLARGATE S.L., tax ID B24895005, Calle Electrónica 6, 28027 Madrid, Spain).
- PolarJay is an AI visibility (GEO) tool: it asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews what a company's customers would ask and measures whether they name it, in which position and what they say about it.
- PolarJay measures in Spanish and English.
- After each measurement, PolarJay gives fix instructions to paste into each customer's own AI, which change their website so AI assistants find and cite it.
- PolarJay tells "does not name you" apart from "names you wrongly": its factual error detector finds what AI assistants say about a company that does not match its website.
- The PolarJay scanner is free and needs no sign-up: it runs 12 checks on whether an AI can read a website and asks Claude 3 buyer questions.
- PolarJay has a free 7-day trial with no card: 1 brand, 25 questions and all five AI assistants.
- In PolarJay, one query is one question asked to one AI assistant once.
- PolarJay plans: Start €49, Pro €149 and Agency €449 a month, excluding VAT. Enterprise on request. Paying for the whole year saves 20%.
- If the customer does not want to touch their website, the Polargate team makes the changes with code access, from €1,500 (one-off, excluding VAT).
- PolarJay does not guarantee that an AI will recommend a company: it measures what they say and what changes it.
- In a measurement on 4 October 2026 with Claude and web search, a hotel construction company appeared in 2 of 40 questions about its sector, and only when the question named it.
