A tool that asks AI assistants what your buyer would ask and tells you whether they name your company, what they say about it and what to change on your website so they name you. You can top up 1,000 queries for €19 or 5,000 for €79, VAT excluded. Top-ups do not expire while you have a plan. We never charge extra without your say-so. ### Why do the questions not include my company name? Because your buyer does not know it yet. If the question already says your name, the AI almost always names you, and that brings you nobody new. What matters is whether you show up when someone looks for what you sell. ### Don't AI assistants answer differently every time? Yes, they vary. That is why we repeat the same questions every week on all five: one answer is an anecdote, many in a row are a trend. ### What are the fix instructions? Text to paste into the AI you work with (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable or another). It says which page to change, what to add and which structured data to touch. Your AI makes the change; you review and publish it. ### What if I do not want to touch my website? We fix it for you. With access to your code or CMS we make the changes and measure again. Last updated: 8 October 2026 **What is PolarJay?** A tool that asks AI assistants what your buyer would ask and tells you whether they name your company, what they say about it and what to change on your website so they name you. It is a Polargate product (POLARGATE S.L.). **Which AI assistants do you ask?** Five: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews. All of them on every plan. The free scan only uses Claude. **What is a query?** One question asked to one AI assistant once. Asking the same thing to all five is five queries. Start includes 1,000 a month, Pro 5,000 and Agency 20,000. **What happens if I run out of queries?** The run stops and we let you know. You can top up 1,000 queries for €19 or 5,000 for €79, VAT excluded. Top-ups do not expire while you have a plan. We never charge extra without your say-so. **Why do the questions not include my company name?** Because your buyer does not know it yet. If the question already says your name, the AI almost always names you, and that brings you nobody new. What matters is whether you show up when someone looks for what you sell. **Don't AI assistants answer differently every time?** Yes, they vary. That is why we repeat the same questions every week on all five: one answer is an anecdote, many in a row are a trend. **What are the fix instructions?** Text to paste into the AI you work with (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable or another). It says which page to change, what to add and which structured data to touch. Your AI makes the change; you review and publish it. **What if I do not want to touch my website?** We fix it for you. With access to your code or CMS we make the changes and measure again. From €1,500, one-off, quoted for your website. **What does the error detector catch?** What an AI says about your company that does not match your website: prices, services, locations, dates or contact details. It is in Pro, Agency, Enterprise and the trial. **Do you guarantee the AI will recommend me?** No. Nobody can: the AI assistants decide. We measure properly, tell you why you do not show up and give you the fix most likely to change it. **How does the free trial work?** You request the account, we send you access and you get 7 days with no card: 1 brand, 25 questions, all five AI assistants, a full report and the fix instructions. Afterwards you choose a plan or the account stays free, without tracking. **How do I pay?** By card at the end of the trial, if you choose a plan. Prices in euros, VAT excluded. Paying for the whole year saves 20%. **Can I cancel anytime?** Yes. You cancel and the plan runs until the end of the paid period. No lock-in. **What do you do with my website data?** We read your public pages the way an AI crawler would and keep the AI answers to show them to you. We do not enter private areas. Your IP address, turned into an HMAC fingerprint, only to apply the daily limit. - **Purpose:** Run the check, show you the result and prevent abuse. - **Legal basis:** Handling your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (art. 6.1.f). - **How long:** The result, 24 hours at most. The IP fingerprint, 48 hours. ##### Trial request - **Data:** Name, work email, company, website, the plan you are interested in, the version of the privacy text you accept and the time. - **Purpose:** Review the request, open your account and write to you about it. - **Legal basis:** Pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b). - **How long:** If the account is opened, it moves to the next row. If not, it is deleted 12 months after the request. ##### Account, trial and plans - **Data:** Name, work email, company, website, the brands and competitors you track, your configured questions and the measurement results. - **Purpose:** Provide the service. - **Legal basis:** Contract (art. 6.1.b). - **How long:** For as long as the account exists. When you close it, it is deleted within 30 days, except what must be kept for invoicing. ##### Invoicing - **Data:** Company name, tax ID, billing address and payment details. Card details are held by the payment provider, never by PolarJay. - **Purpose:** Charge and meet our tax obligations. - **Legal basis:** Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c). - **How long:** 6 years (art. 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code). ##### Email to hello@polargate.ai - **Data:** Whatever you write to us. - **Purpose:** Reply to you. - **Legal basis:** Legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (art. 6.1.f). - **How long:** For the length of the conversation and 12 months afterwards. #### What we do not do - We do not sell data. - We do not use it for advertising. - We do not build profiles or make automated decisions with effects on people. - We do not send marketing emails without your express consent, asked for separately and never with a pre-ticked box. #### The questions sent to AI assistants To measure, PolarJay sends AI providers questions about companies and sectors, not your personal data. The scanner only asks Claude (Anthropic). In the trial and the plans, questions also go to OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini and AI Overviews) and Perplexity. If you type personal data into a configured question, it travels with it: please do not. #### Processors These are the providers that process data on our behalf. We only list the ones in use; if one is added, it appears here before we use it. When a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards in chapter V of the GDPR (an adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses). - **Vercel:** Hosting of the website and its functions (United States). - **Anthropic:** The Claude model that answers in the scanner. It receives the website address and the questions, not personal data (United States). - **Resend:** Sending the trial request emails (United States). - **Supabase:** Polargate's database: trial requests (in the Polargate CRM), the scanner result cache and the HMAC fingerprint of the IP address (Ireland, European Union). #### Your rights You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hello@polargate.ai from your account email (or proving who you are). We reply within 1 month at most. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). #### Minors PolarJay is a service for businesses and is not aimed at anyone under 18. #### Security Encrypted connections, access to data only for those who need it to provide the service, and each account's data kept separate in the database. #### Changes If anything changes that affects what we do with your data, we email active accounts before applying it. By requesting an account you state that you use it for professional purposes. For that reason the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. #### What PolarJay is PolarJay asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews questions, measures whether and how they name your company, and tells you what to change. It does not guarantee that any AI will recommend anyone: answers depend on each provider, change over time and can vary from one query to the next. #### Free scan It is free and needs no account, limited to 3 scans a day per person and 1 a day per website. It only reads what any visitor can read on a public page. It may not be used to load someone else's website or for anything other than checking what AI assistants say. #### Free trial 7 days, no card, with 1 brand, 25 questions and all five AI assistants. One per company. The trial never turns into a payment by itself: at the end you choose a plan or your account stays free, with your results saved and no tracking. #### Queries A query is one question asked to one AI assistant once. Each plan includes its queries per month; unused ones do not carry over. If a query fails because of the AI provider, it is returned automatically. Query top-ups do not expire while you have an active plan and are used after the plan's own. If you run out, the run stops and we let you know: we never charge extra without your say-so. Queries cannot be exchanged for money. #### Plans and payment Prices in euros, VAT excluded (the invoice adds whatever applies). Payment is in advance, monthly or yearly, by card. A price increase is announced by email 30 days in advance and you can reject it by cancelling. #### Cancellation Cancel whenever you like. The plan runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew. There is no lock-in and the part of a period already started is not refunded. #### We fix it for you The service of making the changes to your website is contracted separately, with its own quote and contract. #### Acceptable use You may track your own brand and your competitors': the questions are the ones any customer would ask. You may not resell access except on the Agency plan, automate the account to get more queries than you pay for, or use PolarJay to create misleading content about third parties. If these terms are breached, we may suspend the account. #### Data and results Your data and reports are yours and you can export them while the account is active. POLARGATE S.L. may use aggregated, anonymous data, with no company names, to improve the product. Personal data is processed as set out in the privacy policy; if you need a data processing agreement, we sign one on request. #### Liability We provide the service with the professional diligence of a software provider. POLARGATE S.L.'s liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the event, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for what AI providers say or for decisions taken based on their answers. #### Availability There is no service level commitment on the trial or the standard plans. Scheduled downtime is announced. #### Changes to these terms They are announced by email 30 days in advance.
