How it works
How we find out what AI assistants say about your company
We ask the questions your buyer would ask, every week and on all five AI assistants, and turn their answers into concrete changes to your website.

Step 1. First, your buyer's questions
We start from your website and suggest questions like the ones someone who has not heard of you would ask: "which accounting firm would you recommend for a small business in Valencia?". They do not include your name, because your buyer does not know it yet. You review, remove or add them.
Step 2. We ask all five AI assistants every week
Each question goes to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews. We keep the full answer and its sources. We record whether you are named, in which position and who is named instead.
AI assistants do not always answer the same way. Repeating every week separates trends from chance.
Step 3. We check whether an AI can read your website
We run 12 technical checks: whether the text is readable without JavaScript, whether AI crawlers are allowed in, whether there is structured data, llms.txt or a sitemap. The problem often starts here.
Step 4. We separate "not named" from "named wrongly"
An AI naming you with a false fact can be worse than not naming you at all. We compare every claim about your company with what your website says and flag what does not match: prices, services, location, dates. It is in Pro, Agency, Enterprise and the trial.
A real measurement
Why the questions leave your name out
2 of 40
On 4 October 2026 we asked Claude, with web search, 40 questions a client of a hotel construction company would ask. It named the company in 2, and in both the question already contained its name. When someone was looking for a builder without knowing which one, it did not show up.
It is a starting measurement, not a PolarJay result.

You fix it with your AI
Every issue comes with instructions written to paste into the AI you work with (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable or another). They say which page to change, what text to add and which structured data to touch. Included in every plan.
Add a paragraph to /services saying which cities we work in and since what year. Add the same data to the Organization JSON-LD as areaServed.
We fix it for you
With access to your code or your CMS, the Polargate team makes the changes and measures again. From €1,500, one-off, quoted for your website.

The next run tells you whether the change worked. We let you know when an AI starts naming you or stops.
What we cannot promise
Nobody can guarantee that an AI will recommend you: that is their call. What we do is measure properly, tell you why you do not show up and give you the fix most likely to change it.
